It is designed to train the ability to control the variations in position of the trunk, to improve the control and the transfer of force from the center to the periphery and vice versa. The water movement inside makes the gear particularly destabilizing and compels the athlete to an intensive clearing and control work, involving the whole body and stimulating muscles.
